The Temple of Ramses II is much smaller than Seti I.
Temple of Rameses II had a fine historical series of scenes around the outside that
shows his achievements.
The outside of the Temple was decorated with scenes of the Battle of Kadesh. His list
of pharaohs, similar to that of Seti I, formerly stood here; but the fragments were
removed by the French consul and sold to the British Museum.
